About Paul
I have maintained a career in hospitality for 30 years. I am a self trained chef and baker. As a previous General Manager for a local restaurant, I was the winner of Louisville Burger Week 2018. My cooking style can range from munchies to fine dining. I am passionate about food and believe everyone has the ability to learn how to cook. My training is in-home education for those with limited or no cooking experience. Getting married? Living on your own for the first time? I can teach you some basic home cooking and your partner's favorites! LGBTQIA+ & pet friendly. I am an avid cook and baker. Easy going and patient.
