About Lee

At Blisslife, we teach Vegetarian, Vegan and Macrobiotic cooking in a beautiful gourmet kitchen. We offer everything from beginning cooking to advanced vegan and macrobiotic preparations. We also teach ethnic cooking, such as vegan 'Italian', 'Mexican', and 'Asian'.

We can also help you set up your kitchen and pantry in order to begin to cook healthy food for you and your family. We believe that healthy, plant-based, organic, non-gmo, properly cooked food is the cornerstone to a healthy and vital life, and is the beginning of true transformation.

The Founder of Blisslife, Lee, has been vegan for 30 years and has cooked for many families for over 20 years. She is passionate about passing on her acquired skills to promote the lost art of cooking and food preparation. She attended Integrative Nutrition and continues to educate herself daily on cooking and nutrition, as well as prepare gourmet meals for her family of 7.

Lee is also a 500 hr CYT Yoga teacher, a Medicinal Aromatherapist, a Reiki Master, a Tuning Fork Therapist and a Certified Minister.

Blisslife's website is currently being designed and will be launched within the year. The website will focus on all aspects of life transformation.

We also teach lifestyle, wellness, and coach lifestyle transformation, as well as yoga, reiki and tuning fork therapy.

I enjoy teaching others about food and its' preparation. My passion is in seeing someone begin to create a meal on their own from a blank slate and when someone understands that cooking is not difficult and tedious, but an artform to be learned. It warms my heart when I see people enjoying truly healthy food and wanting to eat more of the same! Seeing the beginning of ones' transformation and health is what I live for!

I have been cooking, professionally and for my family for about 30 years. I was trained at Integrative Nutrition, through Christine Pirello's classes and, mostly through self-education including extensive reading, research and experimentation with food, exercise, wellness and overall health.

I am a 500hr CYT Yoga teacher, a Reiki Master, a Medicinal Aromatherapist, a Tuning Fork Therapist and a certified Minister and Counselor.

About the lesson

I will start with a free phone consultation where we will figure out what, exactly, the student is looking for. We will then proceed to set up a schedule to begin the course. I will then have the student come to my home and begin the journey of learning the art of cooking

Details

My cooking classes are 140.00 an hour and include the cost of the food we will prepare (which you can take home to eat : ). Generally, you will take home enough food for at least several meals.
