I have over 20 years industry experience to including teaching, baking and running restaurant kitchens.

I love teaching someone a skill that they can use forever!

About the lesson

Cooking lessons offered by Lauren are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Metuchen. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.

Perfect! Lauren was great. We did our lesson right after Christmas so the household was a little hectic, but it did not affect Lauren at all. She was great to work with and very patient. She was also able to deal with the differing skill levels of the three students. It was more like cooking with a knowledgeable friend than a hired pro. We all had a lot of fun and will ask Lauren to come back for another lesson.
