About Melissa

I have been teaching all ages for over 20 years.

I love teaching and I love cooking! I am passionate about both of things and sharing that passion with others fills me with joy!

I started substitute teaching at a preschool..I was hooked, the rest is history!

I have learned the art of cooking by doing. I have shared many lessons with my students over the years.

About the lesson

I meet with my students and we talk about their interest, allergies, and dietary restrictions.

I have been in education for over 28 years. Working with students from 3-83.

The most recent event I am fond of is cooking with my children. We have four kids, all over the age of 18. They are at the stage of life were they want to learn how to prepare great meals.
