I give my experience a 5 star. Vanessa was so friendly and thoughtful. The recipe we had the chance to cook and taste was a Peruvian dish named “ceviche”. The seasoning was perfect, well-balanced. The taste was similar to the one I had to a Peruvian restaurant in DC.
