About Jenny
Jenny is a fine artist who specializes in realistic renderings. She works predominantly in colored pencil, but has extensive experience with watercolor and acrylic. Jenny enjoys oil painting as well. Her artwork reflects the beauty of her home in upstate New York. She has a BA with a focus in fine art and business with a minor in writing. You can find her creating away in her art studio at home or teaching her several art classes in Poughkeepsie, New York.
I have my Bachelor's in interdisciplinary studies with a focus in fine art, business, and language arts with minor in writing. I have experience in most mediums and am willing to try and learn new ones when time permits. I have experience working with students of all ages all the way down to 4 years old. As a mother, I am acquainted with interacting with children on a daily basis.

I take my time getting to know the specific needs and skill level of each of my students in order to tailor lessons to cater to them. I enjoy working with all sort of artistic styles and abilities. There is always some sort of artistic ability to build off of in each person and I enjoy discovering what that is and helping him or her grow.
