About Satish
While I was learning subjects at school, I was hardly able to understand the real-life implications of the concepts I was being taught. It was only after spending many years in the field as an engineering professional I realized things could've been taught a lot differently to kids at school and at colleges to help them really understand the underlying concepts and principles of any new topic, and help them visualize how they might be using what they just learnt, in real-life.
Having a Masters from Berkeley in Mechanical Engineering, and working as an engineering professional I'm super excited to be partnering with students to help deepen their understanding of concepts taught at school and college.
I have ~2 yrs experience working with school kids as part of the Bay Area Scientists Inspiring Students (BASIS) program from CRS, helping them to understand science, engineering and technology through practical application and hands-on experiments.
