About Eleanor

I enjoy watching students' lightbulb moments and learning new things from my students!

I am still a student myself. I am attending Grand Canyon University to become a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I have been on the receiving end of tutoring and understand how helpful tutoring can be.

I enjoy watching students overcome challenges and find joy in their learning.

I began teaching in 2018 as a special education paraprofessional. I have always had a love for academics and coaching others, so it was a natural fit to work in a career where I could help others achieve their fullest potential and watch them grow.

I have worked as an elementary special education paraprofessional and a substitute teacher, and I am familiar with the current educational practices. I am currently studying to become a Clinical Mental Health Counselor and have an understanding of how disabilities and overall health can impact academic performance.

3. What do you want to be when you grow up?

4. How do you like to learn? Do you prefer hands-on? Listening to lessons? Or see a lesson in action?

5. How do you study?

6. How can tutoring help you?

7. Do you feel stressed at school or doing homework?

I am experienced with students who have had autism, ADHD, and other learning disabilities.

Be open-minded and willing to challenge yourself to grow.
