About Sylvia
My name is Sylvia Jimenez and I am a Teacher by vocation. I love being in the classroom and seeing my student develop and grow in a safe and loving environment that my staff and I provide. I have considerable experience teaching Special Education Students where I serve a case load of 24. I have helped students in reading and writing as well as study skills. I consider my self a reflective teacher and I believe each student has its own way of learning style. I observe and adapt to the childs needs and give the student space where he/she feels safe and is then able to learn.
I am enthusiastic about tutoring because I believe that I can help students accomplish their goals. I look forward to bringing this enthusiasm to my next role. Thank you for your time, and I hope to hear from you soon.
