I have been a tutor for more than 15 years and I believe in putting myself in the learners' shoes and learn to understand the learners challenges at the initial stage. As each learner is different, different methods, visual aids, approaches will be used to suit different learning needs and to ensure learners' are engaged in the lesson. Learners' engagement is crucial to ensure outcomes and expectations are eventually met.
