About Brad

I want YOU to play the songs you want as soon as possible! We will learn real songs starting day 1, blending theory, songwriting, notation, and ear training, all in a holistic approach.

I have been a personal instructor for over 15 years as well as a Berklee College of Music alum. When I'm not teaching, I am playing in one of my many bands or working weddings and events as a bassist, live sound engineer, and DJ.

I was nominated for the 2017 Josie Music Awards Producer of the Year and my work on Gracelyn Rennick's 'Like the Stars' won the Josie Music Awards Song of the Year in 2016.

I am passionate about music and want you to feel the same way! Most people pick up an instrument because they want to play the songs they hear and that is the goal of every lesson I teach. I want you to be inspired to practice and learn!

I am a Berklee College of Music alum in audio engineering with bass as my primary instrument.

I toured as a heavy metal guitarist throughout the US and Canada in the band Ark of the Covenant.

I currently play in Providence, RI ska and reggae act The Copacetics, as well as several pickup cover bands.

About the lesson

The first lesson will determine where you are in your journey. Whether you've been playing for years or just picked up the instrument, each lesson will be tailor made based on what you want to achieve!

Each lesson will have a warm up exercise, work on a particular topic or song, then ear training. All of these things will help you play better and get you ready for the next chapter in your story.

I have worked from beginner to intermediate students from 5 to 65. I also have experience working with kids and adults with special needs.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I ask every student these 3 questions: 1) what do you want to acheive in the next 6 months? 2) what are you hoping to get out of lessons? 3) how do you measure your own success?

There are no right or wrong answers! Just answer them honestly and work hard towards whatever goal you choose.
