About Shelley
I have a passion for helping struggling students with reading and spelling. I want to pass this love on to those with whom I come in contact.
I homeschooled my children and have helped homeschool my grandchildren.
I enjoy seeing students achieve their goals.
I've been teaching private music lessons for over 30 years, so teaching is not new. I homeschooled my children, so I am not a stranger to teaching standard curriculum.
I have a high school diploma and am currently a junior at a university in Oklahoma. In addition, I have several years' experience in homeschooling my children and grandchildren.

Perfect! Shelly has been passionate, kind and caring. My son enjoys working with her- he’s headed into high school- and as a parent I appreciate the real easy she brings to the table. The other tutors we spoke to were more interested in talking about themselves and their qualifications and very high fees. Shelly asked about my son, his interests and his life in general. Her fees are reasonable and she goes above and beyond to help.
