About Russ
Hi, my names Russ and I’m a multi instrumentalist, songwriter and producer. I’ve been playing for about 30 years and teaching for about 15. I have a bachelors in music from SUNY purchase and have worked with many amazing artists, bands, and musicians over the years. I’ve been teaching all ages for years in a style that focuses on real life playing experience and theory as well as understanding your instrument and what role it plays in different styles of music. I use a method of teaching through old as well as modern music which kids can relate to and makes them want to practice. I’d love to have the opportunity to work with your kids and share the knowledge I’ve learned over the years in a fun and realistic way
