About Nicholas

Nicholas is well known for his Jiu-Jitsu knowledge and friendly, patient teaching method. His ability to break down BJJ techniques into safe, fun activity allows beginner and advanced students to learn and hone skills easily.

I LOVE THE ART OF BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU AND HAVE A PASSION FOR HELPING MY STUDENT ENRICH THEIR LIVES BY LEARNING THIS FORM OF MARTIAL ARTS.

I Been training Brazilian jiu-jitsu since 2012 . Been teaching for the last 4 years kids and adults . Specialist self-defense and Brazilian jiu jitsu

About the lesson

I like to do assessment of the student especially kids. This allows me to find out the needs and wants. Brazilian jiu jitsu is known as the gentle art but it requires some tumbling and some mobility. A mobility test will allow me to find out the limitation of the students and plan lessons accordingly.

The beauty about Brazilian jiu jitsu it brings in all walks of life .. you never know who is going to walk through the door . Most of my clientele consist of programmers and stay at home moms and law enforcement.. and their main goal is to get in shape stay safe

Brazilian jiu jitsu takes about 10 years to earn your black belt.. so the instructor really has to be dedicated in the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.. .. they must be efficient with stand up , take downs and submissions . Honestly there is no shortcut and BJJ . Make sure you visit multiple school

One of my youngest students I had opportunity to help them do a simple shoulder roll . This may seem like a easy task . But for a kindergartner this is really big news . The ability to roll on the ground without hurting yourself. To turn yourself into a ball and safely fall . This became a simple drill that turn into throes and takedowns. it blew their mind .. I know this will stick with them for the rest of their life . Now they have a skill they can pass on to their loved ones

We Offer a weekly package $39.99 per student . Five lessons a week one hour sessions .

As well as a monthly package $139.99 per student. Five times a week one hour sessions.

Group package weekly package $99.99 minimum of two student maximum 6 . Five times a week one hour sessions .
