I try to adjust my teaching to how each student learns best.
I love helping people move, feel, and live better. It's the most rewarding part of the job to see you accomplish something you didn't think possible 3 months ago.
I came to a point in my life when I decided to help people as a career.
I have several NASM certifications, professional experience in MMA, and over 10 years of teaching experience.

My typical process begins with a conversation about goals, current habits, and motivation. Followed by a comprehensive physical assessment, and then a medical interview for any contraindications in one's medical history.
All types. I can work with any person, any age, and any fitness level.
Make sure the instructor can adapt the lessons to you. There are certain absolutely necessary facets of martial arts. One needs to find an instructor that can deliver those facets to a student based on the students learning style. In short, find a teacher that you can trust to prioritize your journey over fiscal gain.
