About Zak
I'm an USA Boxing certified trainer and I have converted my garage into a modest boxing and weight training gym where I train all ages. I have been involved with the sport of boxing since I was 11 and was a Jr. High wrestling coach for 10 years. My biggest passion is coaching and help all different kinds of people flourish in their fitness journey.
After injuring my knee and wasn't able to wrestle anymore I couldn't give up on the sport so I took another route and got into coaching. I instantly fell in love with coaching, combining my love for fitness and boxing, I've been following my dream as a boxing coach and fitness trainer.
I have been studying the sport of boxing for 21 years. I have also coached Jr. High wrestling for 10 years.

First session with a new member is all about the fundamentals. I teach proper foot placement along with hand placement. I explain and demonstrate proper technique on how to throw each punch correctly. I do not go any further until I see that my student can throw punches the correct way so that there is no risk for hurting themselves.
I have worked with all types of individuals whether they be male, female, in good health, out of shape, pregnant, young or older people.

Details
First session is free. I want make sure that you like me as a trainer, like what we're doing, and most importantly I want you to be having fun before paying for anything. After the first session, each session is $40 per hour long session.
