Hello! My name is Giulianna Iona, and I am an ACE-Certified Fitness instructor. I offer personal training tailored to meet your individual fitness goals. I have worked in the fitness industry for the past two years and have been an athlete for all of my life. I am passionate about helping people to become the fittest, healthiest, and happiest versions of themselves by providing affordable and individualized private instruction. Located in Conshohocken, PA, I am dedicated to providing expert instruction that empowers you to achieve both physical and mental strength. Whether you're looking to lose weight, building muscle, or improve overall fitness, my one-on-one approach ensures you receive the highest level of attention and guidance. I am an amateur kickboxer and also offer private self-defense and boxing/kickboxing instruction for beginners. Join me in transforming your health and unlocking your full potential!
