About Anthony

Experience : over 25 years in the fitness industry. Trained pro mma fighters and pro boxers

I connect really well with kids , youth. Have many years training youth and still currently do.

I started when I was 15 years old, I trained at Australian body works for 10 years. I was mentored under two of the top 10 trainers in Atlanta, at that time I honed my skills, and I educated myself further and created my own style of training. I developed a workout for the YMCA of Atlanta called Y45. I created a course through NASM called Krustraining for certified trainers to get CEC's for renewal of their fitness licenses.

over 30- years in the fitness industry. Have certifications in ACE American council on exercise . Have an HRV certification for the heart. Speed and agility for sports performance cert. Conditioning specialist. & Bioforce certifications for conditioning Pro MMA fighters and pro -teams. I've rained numerous pro athletes. Falcons players, pro mma/ and pro boxers,

About the lesson

Ive trained numerous pro athletes from football, table tennis, track, ballet/lacrosse to fighters MMA/ boxing. Collegiate athletes., high school and younger.

I have a love for fitness and I have amazing rapport with clients of all ages.

I currently train numerous clients that Ive have for many years. I have great retention.

Perfect! Tony is both personable and professional, which makes him a great teacher. I hired him to train me and my two teenage daughters on self defense combined with fitness. Each lesson has been full of technique, knowledge, and great exercise. These classes have actually been fun for my family while the same time we’re burning calories and learning to protect ourselves. Expectations have been beyond exceeded and we look forward to each class🥊.

$70 per hour for 1-session per week for 4-sessions up front @$280

$60 per hour for 2- sessions per week for 8 -sessions up front@ $480

$50 per hour for 3- sessions per week for 12-sessions up front @ $600

$45 for 45- min for 2-sessions a week for 8- sessions up front @ $360

$40 for 40- min for 2- sessions a week for 10-sessions up front @$400

$35 for 40-min for 3-sessions a week for 12-sessions up front @$420

I also do bi-weekly payments for the above like $50 an hour for $300

bi-weekly payment if you sign a contract.
