Im a retired Marine and trained with Sense Cardillo for several years. Teaching an amazing art Kenpo. My favorite of all. After receiving a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, Soo Bok Do. After studying with Sense Cardillo I felt in my heart I was more effective in a much shorter time with a very realistic scenario effective style. I still study this art with Sense Cardillos drive, motivation and much more.

I like the balance in techniques, and conditioning. I always come away feeling I've made progress in both. I like the way he meticulously breaks down a new technique. Lastly, I like the advice and philosophy that accompanies each class.

Sensei Chris' attention to detail, patience, comprehensive explanation of techniques, and mentorship are but a few of his positive attributes. As a Kenpo instructor I'd rate him as highly proficient. We also trained in the art of Jujitsu as kyu rank students and again, Chris took time to answer questions and explain techniques.
