About Chiang
I love helping my clients reach their goal. Kickboxing and boxing is a very good way to lose weight or stay in shape. Techniques are very important to maximize the workout. I mix circuit training with my workouts to compliment the training.
I have done kickboxing since i was a small child. I started with karate and opened up to new arts.
Lets achieve your goals and get you strong and fast.
I also provide massage therapy and teach massage therapy to anyone interested.
Since i decided to put my skill to use for good other than doing massages đ
Im also a massage therapist for 12+ years.Â

If you're looking for a work out, look no further. Ken will work you out! He focuses on form and makes sure you sweat. He's taught me how to master quite a few things like round house kicks and different combinations. Thanks Ken.
