I love variety in my workouts and am the type to have at least 2-3 different types of gym memberships because of it. With John, I get that variety in his workouts. He knows how to combo strength, power and endurance to always leave you feeling stronger or thinking “what the heck did I just do (in the best way possible).

I don’t like to focus too much on aesthetics, but constantly get compliments and acknowledgments of how cut I’m looking.

John is also very engaging when working 1:1, his energy is infectious and clearly loves and knows what he is doing. He’s about it.
