About Marcus
We teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo MMA and Self Defense.
All of our instructors are Jiu Jitsu black belts and have years of experience teaching kids and adults, group classes and private lessons. We teach from beginners looking for a great way to get in shape and have fun to competitors at the highest level tournaments.
We enjoy watching our students grow as practinioners, get in shape and see how martial arts can help people for life.

All new students get a free trial class where we explain Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in our point of view. We cover all the areas of BJJ from Jiu Jitsu sport to street self defense. Every class is provided with a full warm-up/exercise, detailed techniques and drills, and live sparring. We also do Q & A for private lessons to ensure that our students are learining exactly what they want to focus on.
We have worked all kinds of students. From professional practioners to celebrities and kids to adults.
My advice for anyone looking to hire a teacher is to try out a few places before making their decision. Most people sign up to a gym that is closest to their home or the cheapest gym they can find. Sometimes that works out but sometimes they miss the chance to find the instructor that is right for them.

Amazing and clear instructions. If you want to develop a strong jiu jitsu game that is respected wherever you go, there’s no need to look elsewhere. Great for fitness and personal growth. Could not recommend it enough.
High level detailed instructions. Great sparring partners. Friendly environment. And clean gym with plenty of parking.
Incredibly welcoming. Excellent teaching. Great work out. Very patient with beginners and a lot of details for higher belts. Marcus is also a Judo black belt, so you’ll end up with a solid base for takedowns too.
Marcus takes his job as a coach very seriously, and gives very detailed instruction.

We have group class packages and private lessons for kids and adults. Our group classes range from $120-$200 depending on the membership and our privates start at $100.
