I enjoy seeing the progress my students make, and seeing the "WOW" moment when they realise that they CAN defend themselves and their families.
I've trained in martial arts since I was 16. I've focused on self defense since I was 20. I regular do seminars and my own training to stay current with what works, and what doesn't. If you want to be safe, you need to train in a system or program that actually works. Some systems are great for the movies, but not in real life. Others are great in real life and horrible for movies. Decide what you want before you train.

We start with a couple of questions to find out WHY you are interested in classes. From there, we schedule a time for an initial class, and we start training from there.
I've worked with a wide variety of students. Kids, parents, military, first responders, those who have special needs, limited mobility, grandparents and young adults.
