Sifu Tom Lugo has over 30 years of martial arts experience. His background is in Chinese Martial Arts (Kung Fu), Tai Chi, Qigong, Meditation, Self Defense,
Military Hand-to-Hand Combat, Grappling, Wellness and Mindfulness.
Sifu Tom Lugo has competed at the local, national, and international level and has won
many Champion and Grand Champion titles in empty hand forms, weapon forms, full contact fighting, and sparring.
He has been inducted to multiple national and international Martial Arts Halls of Fame.
He is also a stunt and fight coordinator, actor, and stunt man for action martial arts film.

Our approach to teaching is to work with students individually utilizing traditional as well as modern methods to enhance the practitioner's skills in the shortest length of time possible. We believe that it shouldn't take years of martial arts training in order for the student to become proficient, fluid, and develop control. This will help each individual develop confidence, self discipline, self-control, integrity, and achieve their personal goals both in martial arts as well as life.
This consultative and individualized approach is utilized so that each student can learn and advance at his or her own pace. Each person has different strengths and weaknesses; we work on enhancing their strengths and overcoming their weaknesses through the philosophical teachings of martial arts.
