About Alberto
I love being able to fend off dangerous people. I love how you don't have to be 7 feet to defend yourself and still defeat large framed men. I love the fitness of this. I love learning different ways to strike. 52 blocks system of self defense is extremely rare and is not very mainstream. The techniques are very effective for defense and offense.
It is therapeutic for me mostly. Rather than yoga, or acupuncture, I prefer to teach self defense as therapy. I also prefer this over counseling. I enjoy being able to teach the student to build confidence whilst having fun and ensuring he/ she will be safe no matter where she goes. I love training with sticks also which I believe is practical. It's also fun.
Also please be sure that you will commit 120 percent. It is costly for me to reply to you all and then you cancel on me. Please be mindful of my time as well as yours.
