About Paul
The most exiting and motivating part of my job is the process of reaching and obtaining milestones in your fitness journey.
The one thing that makes the service I offer unique and genuine is the fact that i have first hand experience of accomplishing and acheiving all of my clients goals. With over 35+ years of Boxing and Fitness!
I started teachig fulltime in 2006 when I opened up my first boxing gym while competing as a professional boxing boxer.
I have over 12 years of amaetur competitve boxing expereince and 14 years as a profissional prize fighter. I'm also a USA Cerified Boxing Coach.

The first session I give the student a fitness assesment in order to identify there fitness level, and then I find out what there goals and what there wanting to acheive during sessions.
I have worked with Professional athletes from NFL players from Atlanta Falcons Alge Crumpler, Lesean McCoy, & Jerome Felton to local undefeated boxers.
