About Amanda
We are a fitness and training facility that uses boxing and boxing inspired movements to reach fitness goals as well as competitive boxing goals. We can do one on one training or group training! First group class is FREE!

All ages. Also, I have started every "boxer" in my gym. Some move on to compete, some just train like they compete, and others just like to relieve stress throwing punches! All levels welcome!
