About the lesson

I am a level 3 Boxing Instructor with USA Boxing, as well as being the NJ State Clinician for amateur coaches/trainers. As a coach, trainer, and athlete, I have just about seen it all inside and outside of the ring and now am willing to use my knowledge to help you achieve not only the physical aspect of your training but also the mental fortitude it takes to train like a champion. I offer lessons for both juniors and adults.

I am currently the president and franchise holder of a non-profit boxing organization as well as the head trainer and coach for a non-profit boxing club. I previously was the Coaches Chairman of USA Boxing NJ, that required the education, training , and oversight of all amateur coaches in the state of New Jersey. I was also the New Jersey State Boxing Team head coach from 2008 -2010 and the New Jersey Golden Gloves head coach from 2007 - 2012. I have over 20 years of active competitive experience and am CPR certified, state licensed and certified, and a professional trainer/cornerman.

All levels are welcome.

Be ready to work, we will start with the basics and go from there.

This is a marathon, not a sprint.

Details

Sessions range from 30 minutes to 60 minutes depending on your needs. I can work with everyone from the absolute beginners to the most seasoned veteran. Learn the sport from the ground up. Small groups, teams and partners are welcome !

Non Boxing (general fitness )programs are also available for individual or small group sessions.

Group sessions are centered around body weight, kettle bells, and cardio.
