While I still have very far to go, the person I am today is a much higher caliber athlete and martial artist because of the training I have received under Fernando. The skills he will teach you and exercise programs he designs will help you meet and exceed your goals no matter your level. He's an honest man who will encourage and motivate, while also holding you to a standard that meets your full potential.

I like that my coach is very straight forward with me as far as my accountability and what I need to work on. He really pushes me in the gym and I’m feeling the product of that. There’s no sugar coating, but at the same time there’s constant motivation to be better. So even when I’m not in the gym training with him, I have that want to push myself so that I can be better at the next session than I was in the last.
