About Shria
I find the moments where a student has a lightbulb go off in thier head to be extremely rewarding for the both of us. I think it ecourages confidence in themselves, and also in their capabilties. I've taught in Kumon Learning Center for a year as a teacher to young students, but I'm looking to branch out into teaching older students in more difficult math. I have tutored my brother for 3 years, and his grades have always skyrocketed after having some lessons with me. I pride myself on being patient, and making students feel comfortable enough to learn. I have lots of tricks and ways to think about certain topics which I would love to pass on. I'm currently a college student studying at UC Davis, so I'm looking at providing classes online for you or your child. Looking forward to hearing from you!
