About Allison
I have been a high school math teacher for 7 years now. I have experience teaching algebra 1, geometry, algebra 2, precalculus and trigonometry at the high school level. I am looking to assist students during hybrid/remote learning which has been a very difficult time for some students. Since I am teaching full time I am available evenings or weekends and prefer to do tutoring digitally.
I know math is a struggle for most students so I love when I am able to make it understandable and even fun for students. Often times students are unaware of how math can relate to real life topics so making that connection for them is a way to get them to connect and excel in the math.
I have a bachelor's and masters degree in mathematics and education respectively.
