About Katie
I am a senior in college and will graduate in May with a degree in Math Education 6-12. I have been passionate about teaching math since I was a child. I have been a tutor for 4 years.
I enjoy being able to work individually with students. I think that being able to work one-on-one allows for an individualized approach that allows for targeted instruction.

When working with a new student, I like to talk to them to see where they are suppose to be. Then I asking guiding questions to see where the students knowledge is lacking. This allows me to fill in the gaps to have the student catch up to where they need to be.
