About Phillip

I am very reliable, patient, creative, and well spoken. I have been teaching and helping others learn for over a decade now. My mother is a teacher in the public school system and I have learned a lot from her, especially how to teach others well. I have tutored children, teens, and adults in many different areas. With me, your children will be safe as I am CPR certified and trained in how to listen and find the best ways for children to learn. I am very flexible if need be, or I can follow a strict schedule. Depending on what you want and how your child can learn best. With all my skills and experience, I'm able to provide a supervised, safe, and stable environment for all those I teach.

My mother is a teacher and I have been helping teach and tutor in the school system since I have been in middle school. I enjoyed helping others learn and gain progress in their schooling. I decided to continue this as it has been something I enjoy and I have learned more ways to help students learn better.

About the lesson

Before getting into any work I like to get to know the student first. I like to meet them and find out what they enjoy in life and learning. Once I lnow more about them and their interests I can provide a better environment in which they can learn and be more productive when we start to work.

I have worked with all types of students. I have worked with very young kids starting at age 5 and even worked with adults in their 40's and 50's. I have worked with several studnets who have special needs as well.

Getting help can always be a good idea. It may not always be needed but sometimes you never know how helpful it can really be until you try.
