About Shlok
My name is Shlok and I am an undergraduate student at NC State University majoring in Aerospace Engineering. For the last 3 years, I worked at a K-8 after school care and STEM tutoring center called Zaniac in Cary, NC and was also a math tutor at a tutoring center called Brain Groomer. I have been tutored myself in the past so I know how to plan lessons and teach math concepts and lessons. The last time I took the ACT was in 2018 where I earned a composite score of 35, with a 35 on the math section. I earned As in all the high school algebra classes including AP Calculus AB and BC.
I enjoy tutoring so much because I love working with students and helping them to be successful in their classes. It is very important to set healthy and efficient study habits and I think that I can provide my students with necessary advice and guidance to excel in their classes. I hope that with my help, students can be happy with their proficiency in their math class and reach their desired goals.
