About Shivani

Hello everyone!! I am Shivani Patel and I am currently a senior at Cleveland State University. I am majoring in Math and Statistics. I love solving math problems and helping others who are in need of learning math or find math difficult. I can make your learning with math easy by teaching from basics if needed to helping with homework and even prepare you for any math related test.

I was offered the opportunity of being a math tutor after my professors observed my knowledge in math. Apart from that, it is also because I love teaching math because it gives me happiness when someone learns something new from me.

I have been a Math tutor at Cleveland State University and I have experience in working with students.

About the lesson

I will first learn about the needs of the student. My process will include knowing how much the student knows and in which area the student will need help.

I have worked with all kind of students starting from elemantary level kids to college students.

Recently, I have been fond of playing different games like volleyball and table tennis. I am enjoying those activities.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
They should know where they are lacking and where they are facing difficulties. If it is some basic topic where they are having issues they should tell the teachers because they won't learn anything new until the know the basics.
