About Andrew
Andy is a current senior at UCLA studying Statistics and Mathematics, and will begin graduate school at University College London in the Fall to study Machine Learning. He is skilled with demonstrating intuitive solutions to problems, and highly discerning when it comes to understanding why students are having difficulty with a solution.
I have maintained a 3.8 GPA at UCLA taking classes like Probability Theory, Linear Algebra, Machine Learning, Multivariable Calculus, Data Analysis, Algorithms, and Computer Programming. In high school, I received 5s on the AP exams for BC Calculus and Statistics.

It is important to understand what problems the student is struggling with, and determining what gaps in knowledge contribute to this. By properly finding deficiencies, I am able to quickly improve the student's performance.
I have worked with peers in my college courses, teammates on the UCLA Track and Field team, and high school students studying Calculus.
Find someone who has gotten good results in your desired area, and is able to walk you through how to reach that level. This requires exceptional communication skills, tact, and deep understanding of relevant material.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What do I know, and how can I use it? What don't I know, and how can I understand it?
