About Antonio

we teach one-on-one and carefully guide the students or tutees to ascertain the learning. we are after with the quality instead of quantity. as the manager of the team, i'm a senior web developer, a licensed professional teacher major in Math and also mentoring few people. you can also find my facebook page, Tony Regondola's International Tutorial - I.T. Center to check other skills that i have & being catered. looking forward to becoming a business partner in this endeavor.

when i graduated last 2000, after my office as Programmer, i've been teaching as part-time instructor in college. and just a couple of years ago, many friends in the academe encouraged me to also teach and guide young generations. that's why, i took a lcensure exam for teachers and fortunately Passed last September 2017.

i'm a senior web developer, a licensed professional teacher major in Math and also mentoring few people. as a programmer, i have been a 20 years experience and been doing as part-time instructor in college. since few years ago, i also did tutoring to elementary and high school students that encouraged me to try to take a licensure examination for teachers aside from my eligibility in Civil Service Commission and National Police Commission.

About the lesson

we have to initially talk online to students to have an initial assessment and know on how we're going to approach the needs to ensure the learning acquisition.

at first they were college students and eventually, i also worked and mentored young students from elementary to high school, college students and even professionals.

teacher must be flexible in handling students because every learner has different limitations or weaknesses and strengths. and most importantly, the teacher must give his/her best to impart his/her knowledge to the learner.

i am now inspired and i love teaching online to students or tutees. i teach math and even programming from basic to advanced.

anything can be talked about as long it's somehow related or guided by the scope of topics so that the discussion and purpose won't be lost and confusing.
