My name is Fernando Mejia, and I am passionate about empowering students through education

in Java programming and mathematics. With a B.S. in Computer Engineering in from

University of California Santa Cruz, I have developed a strong foundation in both computational and mathematical disciplines.

Over the past 20 years, I've had the pleasure of mentoring students ranging from high school to college levels. My approach to tutoring is student-centered, focusing on building confidence, fostering understanding, and making learning enjoyable. I specialize in breaking down complex concepts into relatable terms and ensuring that my students not only memorize, but truly grasp the underlying principles.
