About Will
As an experienced tutor in the Minneapolis area, I can provide many local references. The subjects I typically tutor are Geometry, Algebra, Precalculus, Physics, Chemistry, and AP Chemistry, as well as ACT, SAT, and MCAT preparation. I am a licensed Minnesota educator (#429992), and have been tutoring these subjects for 16 years. Do not get pulled in by the tutoring factories that use a canned curriculum when your child actually needs a specialized approach. Also, I do not provide any type of service where I do take-home tests or term papers for a student....I teach.
My prior background is in science; I worked as a scientist for 20 years before deciding to pursue a career in teaching. Thus, I have real world experience with math and science, as well as graduate degrees in science and education. In addition, I am experienced at working with gifted students, homeschooled students, and students with various learning disabilities. I typically travel to your home, or a library in your direction.
