About Tara
I am a Registered Dietitian, originally from Garden City, New York. I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. During that time, I worked as an undergraduate research assistant and student office assistant for the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics. In addition, I spent one of my summers interning for a dietitian at Montefiore Medical Center, located in the Bronx, New York. After graduation, I completed my dietetic internship in Nashville, Tennessee at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where I gained experience in both disease management and health promotion nutrition. Currently, I reside in North Carolina, working as a licensed Registered Dietitian.
What I enjoy about the work I do is being able to work with people and help them work towards a healthier version of themself. Nutrition has always been a great passion of mine and I absolutely love spreading my love for nutrition to others.
