About David
I have had a lot of different experiences through out my schooling. I have tutoring experience in many subjects and I have covered a wide variety of subjects in my academic career. I was the tutor for my high school wrestling team, I helped many students durring my time at UCF and I also work with students in my current program at Palmer College who are just starting out. Right now I am enrolled in Palmer College of Chiropractic where I am 1 year from completing my Doctorate degree in chiropractic. I also hold a bachlors degree from the University of Central Florida in Exercise Science and Kinesiology as well as a double minor in Coaching and Fitness training. I had to figure out how to succeed in school by myself, and that was difficult for me. I hope to help younger students to find what works for them so they don't have to difficulties that I had early on during my academic career.
I fell into the roll. I never intended to be a tutor but what I excelled at, I tended to hepl those that needed it. I realized soon after that I was just tutoring people in the classes I was also in or had already taken. Then the attraction of helping student succeed grew from there.

Getting to know the student is important to me. To be an effective tutor, you have to identify what kind of studying works best for the student. Also there has to be a level of trust and comfort between the tutor and the student. If the student doesn't trust me, they most likely are just going to take my word for it.
Mostly high school age and up.
Pick some one you are comfortable learning from. If they are qualified to be your tutor then they know the information, but if the student isn't comfortable they will be hesitant to learn.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I don't believe any question is one that shouldn't be asked.
