About Honestly I'm Chillaxing
Teaching is my passion. Whenever I teach a student, I always do my best to arrange a fantastic lesson and teach it spectacularly. I have lots of experience tutoring my younger sister, and I have helped get her math grade from F to a B in one year. I will make sure that any student has a thorough understanding of the subjects taught to him/her, and I encourage all students to ask as many questions they want. As Alam Bloom says, "Education is the movement from darkness to light." My goal is to help enable people to feel the light of understanding.

I usually first tell them a little about myself and vise versa. Then, I'll ask the student to explain exactly what they're having a problem with in the subject. I'll ask them to answer a few questions for me so that I can correctly evaluate why they do not understand the subject that they are asking me for help with, and these questions will usually be basic math problems related to the subject they are learning. After I know the the student a little bit and why they are struggling, then I can teach the lesson to him/her.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should get to the core about why they are not grasping something. Here are some questions that they should ask themselves:
1. Am I memorizing what I am supposed to learn instead of understanding it?
2. Am I easily distracted? Does my attention waver easily? If so, what are some ways that I can concentrate while learning to fully grasp everything?
3. Why am I not understanding this concept? Think through all the factors that are keeping you from understanding and try to fix them first.
