About Kaitlin Mae
HI! My name is Kaitlin. I'm a junior at the University of Nevada, Reno. I'm a psychology major and an ethnic studies minor. I'm also the Vice President of the Honors College Student Council, a McNair Scholar, and a Mental Health Ambassador. I tutor math in the topics of Algebra I, Algebra II, Pre-calculus, and Trigonometry. I also tutor any level of English as well as provide essay advice, brainstorming, and review.
I'm able to tutor in person at the Northwest Reno library or at the libraries on the University of Nevada, Reno campus. I can also tutor on Zoom.
I'm looking forward to meeting you!
I love seeing the spark when a student finally grasps a concept they have been struggling with. I also love making an impact on individuals and forming personal connections with my students to ensure they are completing their best work.
In the future, I hope to go to graduate school to complete a Psychology Ph.D. and eventually become a professor. It's incredibly important that I gain experience in teaching and mentorship.
