About Regan
Math has always been a safe place for me. However, I recognize that is not the most frequently told story. I understand that we all see the world differently and often times our education system doesn’t allow for that. I strive to make math approachable to students who don’t have a natural inclination. I strive to make my students feel confident in their understanding.
I am a junior physics major at the University of Washington. I have been volunteering with children at the Pacific Science Center for the past 2 years and have grown to love fostering creativity and understanding in the sciences. I hope to transition into a more educational vs. experiential learning environment.
I greatly enjoy seeing my students gain confidence and begin to enjoy the process of math.
