About Jefferson
One of my passions is to help those who are younger than me learn and gain knowledge. When I was younger, there were many figures in my life that helped guide me and allowed me to grow into the person I am today. I have experience tutoring at an after school program and teaching students in a one-on-one setting. This experience spans for three years. My main area of focus is mathematics, including basic math, algebra, and calculus. However, I am also capable of tutoring other subjects such as English.
Tutors can only be successful through the knowledge and information that they impart on their students. I take pride in helping students on their journey of learning and acquiring new skills that will help them not only in academic settings but also in real-life situations. In addition to assisting students in converting their weaknesses into strength, I strive to instill good habits in students while motivating them to reach their full potential.
