My experiences with Shayna as a yoga teacher & friend have grown over the last year and half and are overwhelmingly positive. She is in tune with her students whether in a group or private setting. Her voice alone can calm my nervous system & I leave her sessions feeling stronger, looser & more at peace. She brings light to everyone around her!

Shayna is a very passionate, attentive, and knowledgeable yoga instructor. We have been taking classes with her for several years now. Shayna modifies all parts of her class to be accessible from a chair or seated position and also offers other modifications to meet us where we are at. We laugh and share and have thoroughly enjoyed our time with Shayna.

Shayna has studied and taught us yoga and meditation with intent and love for over two years. She checks in on our bodies before starting a lesson and modifies her teaching to accommodate any areas that need extra attention. She comes up with a new class every week that challenges us but also addresses our future need to move and balance. We LOVE Shayna and trust her implicitly.
