About Amanda

I have been a professional dancer/performer since the age of 11, from DC to Italy to Spain to NY, most recently and notably as a Rockette for seven years.

My dance background, paired with my ACSM personal training certification, IIN health coach certification, 200 hour yoga teacher training certification through Laughing Lotus NYC, love for travel, spirituality and learning has given me invaluable experiential knowledge in many things health, wellness and spiritual related.

I think everyone has something so unique and beautiful they have to offer the world, and sometimes we all need a little help seeing it for ourselves. I want you to love your self, love your body, and love your life, and would love to be part of your support and guidance to make that happen.

Investing in yourself and self care is the most important thing you can do for yourself and others.

When you take care of yourself, it reflects to all aspects of your life, and you attract more happiness, positivity and opportunity to you.

I love being able to help guide people and give that extra push they need to realize their full potential whether that's in building muscular strength, figuring out better food options, losing weight, quieting the mind to better listen to personal needs, or being the ear and voice of reason (or inspiration to dream!) in order to get someone to uplevel their life and reach their goals.
