About Henry

I've been training for the past 13yrs or so and im certified by ACSM & trained through NASM.!!!

My service to all clients stands out because i take initiative approach to learn about the weaknesses & strengths of my clients ,so that we can take a balance approach to making them more balanced & stonger off than when they first started off.!!!

What i love about my job it's about how to bring the past & the present together to simplify one common goal to help people become healthier in their own bodies & mindset.!!!!!!

First i was an ex athlete and then developed a passion for fitness and when i started getting getting compliments from people and they were saying i should look into fitness at a deeper level, well guess what after that i did I liked it loved it and the rest is history which is what i do now for thw past 13yrs or so.!!!!!!

About the lesson

My typical process is very simple is to find out where the client is starting off at in thier fitness & where they they want to go in their fitness journey and also find out thier goals that they wanted achieve.

I've worked with average people that want to keep in shap or loose whieght and ive also worked with kids and different kinds of athletes.

My most recent success story is really simple. Its just taking my clients from not knowing to much about health and fitness and watching them mature health wise in there fitness journey & taking them to reach another level that they didn't think that they could achieve.
