About Tenise
I help my clients transform their health, fitness level and overall well-being. As a personal trainer and nutrition coach, I guide my clients to success through simple, strategic planning and execution of the process with accountability, feasible meal planning, and all other aspects needed to achieve desired results. I work with all fitness levels, in person and/or online.
I love working with people and helping them discover the strengths and transform their wellness inside and out! I have been a personal trainer for five years. I am active mostly through Facebook.
