About Dani
I'm a NASM certified personal trainer with years of continuing education centered around women's fitness. My passion is for moms and women who seem to have lost themselves in family life and are ready to take charge of their health again. I personally have been there and know the particular situation and struggles well. I love empowering women through weightlifting and functional fitness.
I am also a Cancer Exercise Specialist through the Cancer Exercise Training Institute and have been lucky enough to help cancer survivors transition back into fitness after chemo. Many special women in my life have gone through the chemo struggle, and I'm grateful for the knowledge and opportunity to help people in those shoes.
Qualifications:
NASM Personal Trainer
CETI Advanced Cancer Exercise Specialist
NASM Youth Fitness Specialist
Nutrition & Fitness Professional program through University of Texas at Arlington
Many other courses to constantly stay on top including flexibility, powerlifting, human movement sciences
